Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. 
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the personalization is incorrect. Attach pictures of both the item and the shipping box.

At this stage, we will determine whether the item needs to be returned or if the customer may dispose of it. If a return is required, there will be no shipping cost to the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

We do not accept exchanges.
We do not accept returns on personalized items.

We accept returns on all other products within 7 days of delivery; however, a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours.
If your order has already been processed we will be unable to cancel.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
